The management, faculty, staff, church, prayer partners and well wishers of the college had prayed for a more spacious facility to replace the limited campus and facilities in Hebron, Kumbanad.
God answered the prayer in 2004 and miraculously provided nearly 38 acres of land near Kumbanad.
The construction at the new land began in 2007, and the present facilities in the new IGO Campus reached completion in 2009, finishing the first phase of the master plan. The campus began to function in 2010. Today, the Seminary has a spacious academic block with class rooms, library, and administration wing and chapel facilities. The new separate dorms accommodate 160 men and 60 ladies. The new campus also has spacious faculty quarters, a dining hall, kitchen and store for students.
