The Doctorate of Ministry is aimed to enhance the practice of ministry and leadership in the church. The degree is offered for pastors, missionaries, theological educators, and leaders of the church and Christian community. D. Min is a 4-year program with total credit hours of 50 hours of which 36 credit hours are taught courses and a research project (14 credits) and is designed in a way where the last two years are dedicated to a research project.
Candidates must possess either a postgraduate degree of Master of divinity (M. Div, ATA) or Bachelor of Divinity (BD, Senate of Serampore) or any equivalent degree to the above two with five years of ministry/mission experience . M.Th degree holders (from senate of Serampore or ATA stream) must have two years of experience.
